Expand Senior Corps who already supports volunteer efforts

The RSVP program supports our community by providing disaster assistance in our community.
The past summer our County experienced 131 fires, our CERT (Community Emergency Response Volunteers) played a vital role in supporting CalFire and other fire departments. Our Office of Emergency Services sent us a letter thank us for our dedication and support. This program is vital to our community.

Senior Corps ends duplication of services

Volunteerism is the most efficient and effective way to address many of the issues facing our communities today. By reinvigorating Senior Corps, a superior, well-established volunteer management corps of programs, you are reducing duplication of services in a time when this type of common sense approach makes perfect sense. We are relevant, reliable, and ready!
